DAINESE, a global leader in protective solutions for motorcycling and dynamic sports, is looking for a Designer to join our R&D Dept on a maternity cover contract.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILIES:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
* Conducting market and trend research to support collection and product development;
* Defining graphic briefs at both collection and individual product level;
* Developing innovative product concepts and graphics through hand sketches and 2D/3D design software;
* Selecting colors, materials, and finishes in line with brand identity and product positioning;
* Supporting product development by defining technical specifications and collaborating closely with R&D and cross-functional teams;
* Creating 3D files for rapid prototyping;
* Managing the graphic development of product packaging.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Design;
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within structured sportswear/apparel companies (considered a plus);
* Fluency in English;
* Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator or equivalent);
* 3D modeling skills for prototyping purposes;
* Proficient use of MS Office Suite;
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Results-driven mindset;
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
* Passion for Motorcycling and Outdoor Sports.
