Role
We’re looking for a motivated Corporate Indirect Purchasing Intern to join our Friction Technologies Purchasing team in Barge (Cuneo, Italy). You will work in a high-performing, inclusive and collaborative culture within a successful, dynamic and international company.
What is your role? We are seeking a candidate who will contribute to the Corporate Indirect Purchasing function as described below.
Responsibilities
* RdA control and release
* OdA control and release
* Issuing of approved orders
* Checking orders with different invoices (accounting reporting)
* Analysis of price lists / inforecords in the system and comparison of offers
* Communication with suppliers and internal customers
* Validation process for commercial agreements
* Supplier master data maintenance
* Activity reporting
Qualifications
* Degree in Economics or Management
* Good knowledge of MS Office Package applications, in particular Excel
* Strong interest in Supply and Purchasing topics
* Proactive approach and negotiation skills
* Constructive and collaborative approach to problem solving
* Eager to learn and open to feedback
* Good English knowledge, both spoken and written
