SALES ASSISTANTSalary: **Negotiable**Reports to: Store ManagerType of Contract: Temporary, Full-TimeMain duties:To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.The Role:- To maximize sales for the store; - To develop enduring relationships with clients; - To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; - To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy; - To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; - To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; - To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; - To handle returns of merchandise; - To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard; - To support the team onthe general operations of the "The Bridge" store; - To arrange merchandiseon shelves according to popularity and other criteria; - To operate cash registers and close daily revenues; - To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; - To go the "extra mile"to meet targets.The Candidate:- at least, 3 years of working experience in the role- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired; - Retail or service industry experience; - Great customer serviceand people skills; - Ability to communicateand inspire customers & store colleagues;
