Your role
We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us at ourOperations HQ in Agordo (BL, Italy).
As HR administration intern you will support our fast-paced Central Functions and our dynamic Manufacturing Plants, managing admin tasks.
Main responsibilities:
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration
Handle inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Follow projects related to employee benefits
Main Requirements:
You have a Humanistic (Psychology, Training, Law) or Economics Degree
You have a passion for the HR world
You have a great knowledge of Office package (Excel, Power Point,..)
You are a great communicator and mediator
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
