What you can expect
The Team Leader Inside Sales is the contact person for the Team Hunting and in particular he/she will be responsible for:
1. supervising the team's activity
2. ensuring the correct workflow and managing workloads
3. monitoring the team's KPIs and ensuring targets 's achievement
4. carrying out support, training and coaching activities for employees
5. participate in recruiting processes
6. manage at administrative HR level the team (e.g. approval of holidays and leave)
7. managing customer acquisition activities through inbound and outbound calls or e-mails
8. providing prospects with information on DKV's services and products
9. supporting and promoting the implementation of new processes or procedures
10. Reporting and data analysis
What makes you stand out
11. Preferably > 5 years of sales experience and > 2 years in team management
12. Strong results orientation
13. Data driven approach, familiarity with collecting, organizing and interpreting data (performance, KPIs)
14. Empathetic and positive communicator
15. Team management with motivational and empowerment perspective
16. Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
