Based on the international guidelines of the Brand "Johnnie Walker Scotch Whisky e Bulleit bourbon Whiskey", the role will plan and implement all the activities related to the assigned brand according to the specifics of the local market.Responsibilities Cooperate in the ideation of successful marketing (ATL) campaigns and integrate them in a 360° campaignDeploy successful trade marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to executionCoordinate and monitor the execution of the marketing plan and budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisCollaborate with and support external agencies to the execution of all BTL activities, both in On Trade & Off Trade channelsBe the Company expert for the Brand Owner and the Brand Owner expert for the CompanyKey touch point for internal stakeholders and for brand owner sales/marketing manager for sharing sell‐in / sell‐out performance, investment report and issue‐solution proposalCollaborate with Sales department & Trade Marketing department to the execution and coordination of the trade marketing planBe responsible for achieving the depletion targets for the countryProvide detailed reports on sales, marketing and trade marketing activitiesProvide reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and implement data‐driven actionsMonitor market trends, research consumer markets, competitors' activities and new market opportunities
Minimum 2‐3 years of experience in trade marketing or marketing in a relevant industry (Spirits, Food & Beverage, FMCG)Knowledge of the ho.re.ca. channelOn‐trade and off‐trade activation managementKnowledge of emerging/latest digital media trendsExcellent analytical and presentation skills / communicating & influencing competencyDigitally agileFlexibility and proactivenessFluent in English and Italian
