Amazon operates in a virtual, global e‑commerce environment without boundaries and runs a diverse set of businesses worldwide, including Retail, third‑party marketplaces, e‑Commerce platforms, and web services for developers. /p h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as the main point of contact for Advertisers and enable their sales marketing initiatives via a 1:1 outreach program. /li liEducate Advertisers on Amazon Advertising products and analyze campaign performance against key metrics to recommend and implement optimizations that help meet business goals. /li liUnderstand Performance Advertising and use various tools and techniques to fix campaign set‑up and provide ongoing optimization support. /li liProvide education to Advertisers through 1:1 programs and online trainings. /li liRespond promptly accurately to advertiser queries and help resolve campaign issues. /li liTroubleshoot technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions and provide feedback for product improvement. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve Amazon product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps. /li liTake ownership of a portfolio of standard and high‑value accounts. /li liCommunicate campaign progress through regular, in‑depth activity reports and insights to inform future campaigns. /li liWork with Account Management, Sales Marketing, and Product teams to solve issues blocking advertiser performance. /li liPrepare documents around best practices, SOPs, and innovation frameworks. /li liMentor new joiners and bring them up to speed with the program and process. /li liOpen to communication via phone, chat, and other means with customers. /li liAnalyze account performance against key metrics to recommend and implement optimization solutions that increase efficiency and meet clients’ KPIs. /li liAnalyze data trends and create keyword lists, bid and budget suggestions; gather and analyze data at account, campaign, and industry level. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in e‑commerce or online advertising. /li liBachelor’s degree (or MBA) in Digital Marketing or related field. /li li4‑6 years of experience in sales or marketing effort (individual contributor experience preferable). /li liPrior experience managing global clients and owning their performance goals. /li liSuperior verbal and written communication skills. /li liAdvanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). /li liSound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule. /li liWillingness to work in a fast‑paced, challenging, and ambiguous environment. /li liOrganized approach and team player who is willing to roll up sleeves. /li liFlexible to work in rotational shifts. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMBA in Digital Advertising or related master’s degree. /li liExperience in e‑commerce, retail, sales marketing, or advertising. /li liPassion for online advertising and a track record of delivering outstanding results. /li liExperience interpreting data and making business recommendations. /li liHigh attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. /li liExperience in data analysis, either professional or through education. /li liGoogle AdWords/Bing Ads certification (benefit). /li liAdvanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and SQL. /li liExperience with tools such as Salesforce (advantage). /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
