The role involves conducting service, repair, and installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnosing system failures to determine cost-effective solutions, escalating complex issues, and developing new customer service agreements are also key responsibilities. The engineer will respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory, demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills, including honesty and empathy with customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance, occasionally during weekends and overnight. Escalate complex issues to higher technical support levels. Respond to customer support calls within the assigned territory. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or a Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma. Open to travel within Emilia Romagna; driving license is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
