About the Role:
* Provide technical support to customers and partners for inverters and battery systems.
* Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to installations.
* Offer remote and on-site support to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
* Conduct training sessions for installers and partners on product usage and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer experience.
* Maintain proper documentation of technical support cases and resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of inverters and batteries.
* Experience in working with installation companies is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of electrical and solar PV systems.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support customers effectively.
* Relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
