Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) transports natural gas from the Shah Deniz field in Azerbaijan to Europe. The 878 km pipeline connects with TANAP at the Turkish-Greek border in Kipoi, crossing Greece, Albania, the Adriatic Sea, and landing in Italy. TAP supports gas supplies to Southeastern Europe through interconnectors, including the IGB, operational since October 2022, enhancing energy security in Bulgaria. Its exits in Greece, Albania, and Italy offer multiple avenues for transporting Azerbaijani gas to wider European markets. As part of the Southern Gas Corridor, TAP is vital for Europe's energy security, supply diversification, and decarbonisation goals. Your Role The HRBP Italy manages HR operations at the Pipeline Receiving Terminal (PRT) in Melendugno, focusing on executing TAP's HR strategy across Italy. This role acts as a business partner to management and employees, driving talent management, organizational change, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Occasional travel to TAP’s other locations may be required. Your Responsibilities Enhance employee wellbeing and safety by collaborating with management and QHSE teams. Implement HR policies compliant with Italian labour laws, coordinating with HRBP Greece, Legal, and external advisors. Manage recruitment, employee transitions, benefits, and timesheets with HR Shared Services. Work with the legal team to address labour law issues and ensure compliance. Provide HR metrics reports regularly to management. Lead HR initiatives and projects within Greece and across TAP. Partner with HR teams on policies related to employee relations, rewards, and communication. Support industrial relations and union management, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Develop strategies for organizational growth, succession planning, and performance management. Foster a culture of diversity, transparency, and inclusion. Lead talent management initiatives, including competency frameworks and workforce planning. Your Profile Extensive HRBP or HR Generalist experience in Italy, with a focus on Talent Management. Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and industrial relations. Objective assessment skills and strong business acumen. Leadership by example, integrity, and vision. Collaborative, inclusive, and ethical approach. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English. Proven experience in HR projects and talent management systems, preferably Cornerstone.
