The Anzio Plant, Colgate-Palmolive's historic italian manufacturing site, is looking for curious, motivated, and team-oriented new graduates for 6-month internship opportunities in the Packaging, Planning and Operations areas. As an intern, you will be part of our dynamic organization where you will gain hands-on experience and support one of the following functions. In the Packaging department, you will support the team in activities focused on printed packaging quality and supplier development. You will help ensure that printed reproduction meets design intent, corporate brand standards and established print quality requirements, while contributing to continuous print quality improvement across the regional supplier base. You will provide print production support to the region, assist in developing new suppliers and new technical capabilities at existing suppliers, and support troubleshooting of printing quality issues. In the Planning department, you will collaborate to prepare the daily production program, monitoring production adherence and packing/raw materials replenishment. You will participate in the medium-long term demand analysis to properly understand all the supply chain and manufacturing potential constraints. In the Operations department, you will work closely with the Factory & Performance Reliability Coordinator, contributing to continuous improvement activities related to safety, productivity, quality (GMP/QIT), cost conversion, environmental impact. You will be involved in monitoring the daily KPIs reporting dashboard and will contribute to identifying and addressing any specific productivity issues.
