Sales Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:

* Report to the Sales Director Europe, maintaining open lines of communication and collaboration.

* Develop sales strategies for company products, aligning with customer needs and preferences.
* Gather essential information for contract preparation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Collaborate with technical teams to offer suitable solutions for clients, driving business growth.
* Pursue new business opportunities, focusing on replacing Polyamide compounds.
* Negotiate optimal terms of sale in consultation with company management.
* Manage and record customer pricing, ensuring consistency and fairness.
* Issue sample and test requests for laboratory analysis.
* Foster long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
* Maintain control over contract application and sales volumes, monitoring progress and addressing concerns.
* Identify and manage customer risks, financial risks, delivery disruptions, and changes in customer structure.
* Serve as an interface between customers and various departments, ensuring seamless communication.
* Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer situations, and sample exchanges with company management and during sales meetings.
