Position Overview Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Evaluate single-cell sequencing data analysis approaches - Analyse and integrate multiomics data, including single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data - Develop and maintain the lab sequencing data processing pipeline on the high-performance computing system - Have a PhD degree in genetics, molecular biology, bioinformatics, computational biology or a related discipline; - Have a strong background in cancer biology and cancer genomics - Are experienced with next-generation sequencing and omics data analysis - Have strong computational and statistical skills (e.g. unix, python, R) - Have excellent communication, organizational and writing skills in English; - Be motivated and independent, while being able to interact effectively with other members of the team.
