You will be an essential part of the Front Office team, using your extensive local knowledge and connections to fulfil guest requests and create unforgettable, authentic Sicilian moments. Primary Responsibilities Include Providing personalized recommendations and booking services for dining, tours, and local activities. Arranging complex travel itineraries, transportation, and special requests. Building strong relationships with local partners, restaurants, and suppliers. Handling guest mail, messages, and correspondence with professionalism. Responding to all guest inquiries with detailed, accurate, and insightful information about Taormina and Sicily. Collaborating with all hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly. Anticipating guest needs to proactively enhance their stay. Requirements What You Bring: Previous experience as a Concierge in a 5-star luxury hotel. Membership in Les Clefs d'Or is a significant advantage. Deep, passionate knowledge of Taormina, Mount Etna, and the wider Sicilian region. An extensive network of local contacts. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude. Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Multilingual ability is highly desirable. Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills.
