PThe Role /ppThe IT Business Analyst reports hierarchically to the IT Manager – Applications and is responsible for managing and overseeing IT Applications projects for the headquarters, foreign and Italian branches, with a strong focus on ERP Infor LN implementations and upgrades. /ppYour Responsibilities /ppYou will: /pp• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization in collaboration with business stakeholders /pp• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications tailored for Infor LN, facilitating effective communication between IT teams and external partners /pp• Propose standard and innovative solutions to enhance business processes, maximizing the value and capabilities /pp• Manage new implementation and upgrade projects of Infor LN with the support of external consultants /pp• Create and manage project documentation and perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and integrated processes /ppYour Skills /ppThis is a great opportunity if you have: /pp• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, with a strong track record in ERP Infor LN implementation, customization, and project lifecycle management /pp• Have a Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems or High School Certificate with at least 5 years of experience /pp• Solid project management skills, including experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors /pp• Excellent communication and listening skills /pp• Proficiency in spoken and written English /ppLocation: Collecchio, in the province of Parma. /ppHybrid work option: up to 2 days of remote work per week. /ppThe Team /ppYou will work closely with a team of IT Business Analysts in Parma Headquarters and the foreign branches, collaborating also with external partners.
