In collaboration we are working with a leading international recruitment consulting company. Together, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their clients' teams on-site.
Locations and work model: On-site in Prague, Czech Republic or Brixen (South Tyrol) in Italy
Employment type: Full-time, contractor
Remuneration model: Base salary + commissions
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
- Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Showcase 18-60 months of successful experience in recruitment for Pharma/Healthcare industry on the French market **as a contractor** (e.g. agency, RPO etc.)
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills in C1 Italian and C1 English language
- Exhibit strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Maintain a confident and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Display strong organizational and administrative skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to take direction
- Understanding of importance of market building
- Understanding of importance of using CRMs
- Ability to do Business Development
