By revisiting basics so casual and rock’n roll, Zadig Voltaire is the embodiment of a new luxury. /ppA chic and relaxed luxury. /ppTo see the current collection: /ppstronguPurpose of the role: /u /strong /ppThe role of Assistant Manager is an essential part of the store function. /ppConnecting and engaging with the ZadigVoltaire customers, supporting the day to day activities of their team and store, and leading the store team performance towards success. /ppWe are looking for someone who is attentive to details, reliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and confident in engaging and styling clients. /ppYou are a role model in everything you do and you share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues. /ppThe Assistant Manager will welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process while supporting coaching their team towards excellence, always focusing on delivering the highest customer experience. /ppAs an Assistant Manager, you are part of maximising store targets, providing an optimal and personalized customer service while complying with the Zadig Voltaire procedures and standards. /ppYou will support the store manager in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employees development. /ppstronguExpectations of the role /u : /strong /pulliBe a brand ambassador and embrace the brand Selling Ceremony /liliLead your team by example /liliDrive sales: you coach your team in delivering exceptional and personalised customer experience /liliLead your team towards success through training coaching in order to exceed the store objectives and KPIs /liliYou are constantly present on the shop floor and fully available to look after customers needs /liliBe able to build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship management /liliBe able to communicate efficiently and effectively /liliBe knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic pieces /liliBe a brand ambassador and embrace the brand Selling Ceremony /liliInspire the team and lead by example /liliSupport the development of the team and store KPIs /liliBe proactive in developing your team skills and brand/product knowledge /liliEnsure you adhere to all organisational aspects to ensure your team works in conditions enabling success /liliBe approachable and a great communicator who can ensure business runs smoothly /li /ulpstronguOperations : /u /strong /pulliDrive sales: Fully proficient on operating till system, payments and fraudulent transactions /liliFollow company policy and procedures /liliManage the opening and closing procedures for your store and ensure luxurious store environment and standards /liliFully proficient with all operational aspects and procedures, and proactive to learn new processes /liliManage the loss prevention procedure, perform regular inventories and communicate any discrepancies /liliHave an awareness of the loss prevention procedures in store and communicate these to the team /liliPay attention to the security of the team and customers, by respecting health safety guidelines /liliMaintain a good completion of the administration tasks for the store (banking, cash handling, credit notes, exchanges and refunds, trackers…) /liliManage the needs of customer including exchanges, credit notes /liliOffer each customer the opportunity to be on the mailing list /liliMaintain the replenishment of bags, boxes etc /liliFollow up stock transfers between stores and manage the faulty items procedure with the support from the manager /liliAnswer calls promptly and efficiently, with a pleasant and welcoming manner /liliExecute the loss prevention procedure and conducts regular inventories /liliBe commercial in everything you do !
