The team is made up of engineers, designers, architects, technicians and project managers and it’s led by the shared purpose of providing the best engineering services for a better and sustainable world. /p h3SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER /h3 h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement maintenance policies for mechanical equipment and propose new strategies when required. /li liContribute to reliability studies and define maintenance schedules aligning with established strategies. /li liSupervise the execution of maintenance programs in collaboration with site personnel and organize comprehensive mechanical audits based on predefined specifications and yearly objectives. /li liDevelop and validate specific procedures and instructions for routine and major mechanical maintenance intervention. /li liContribute to ShutDown mechanical preparation to achieve shortfall target. Manage operational interfaces with other departments to define an opportunity job list or scope. /li liAnalyze functional parameters of mechanical equipment to detect incipient failures and react proposing corrective actions to avoid unplanned failures on critical machines. /li liMonitor condition-based maintenance activities and track equipment performance and recommend improvements to optimize maintenance practices. /li liParticipate in the selection of equipment and maintenance engineering within revamp and small project contexts. /li liManage spare parts by overseeing MRP, addressing obsolescence, and ensuring optimization of immobilized stock. /li liOversee both direct and indirect contractors, with particular attention to third-party companies and the adequacy of equipment used on company installations and establish and consolidate specifications for outsourced services. /li liReport anomalies and incidents, participate in root cause analyses, and ensure proper follow-up on action plans. /li liContribute to the preparation of annual budgets for maintenance, major overhauls, and development work, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints while monitoring intervention costs. /li liIntegrate campaign mode into maintenance execution where applicable to optimize resources and associated workload. /li liProvide support to contractors for advanced diagnostics and preparation of scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns. /li liAddress emergencies related to critical equipment and assess their impact on ongoing activities to determine necessary trade-offs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMechanical engineer with extensive experience (10 years minimum) in Maintenance, within the Oil Industry. /li liAnalytical skills, attention to detail, initiative, communication abilities, and teamwork. /li liVery good in reporting. /li liProactive, Independent, open minded. /li liAbility and desire to find technically and financially optimal solutions. /li liGood communication skills in Italian and English, both verbally and written. /li /ul pbDuration: /b 1 year /p pbService start: /b September/October 2025 /p pbLocation: /b Val d'Agri, Basilicata /p pbWorking schedule: /b Mon-Fri, 8 hrs /p pI candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77) di tutte le età e nazionalità (D.Lgs. 215-216/2003) possono inviare dettagliato curriculum comprensivo del consenso al trattamento dati (D.Lgs 196/03) sulla nostra pagina Seingim Careers /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
