We are looking for a Talent Operations Assistant to support our global recruiting team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process: from offer stage to contract management and final preparations before onboarding. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to provide administrative and operational support, helping us deliver an exceptional candidate experience up to their first day.
Responsibilities
Support the recruiting team with administrative and operational tasks throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate the screening and background check process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Manage contract preparation and signature tracking through DocuSign or similar tools.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates in the final stages of recruitment, guiding them through pre-onboarding steps.
Maintain accurate candidate and process data in internal systems.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting operations.
Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in a Talent Operations, Recruiting Administration, or HR support role.
Background in Legal or HR Administration is a plus.
Experience working in remote and global teams.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. xkiyazw
