Gi Group, in partnership with Schindler Spa and Fondazione Mobilità, is hiring 2 technicians for an Apprenticeship (1st Level IFTS) in the elevator and urban mobility sector.

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of elevator systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components of elevators.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and experts to support project deliverables.

• Age between 18 and 24 years old.
• Holding at least one of the following: High School Diploma, a professional diploma obtained from a 4-year I.E.P.F. program, or admission to the 5th year of a high school program.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, or mechanical systems is encouraged but not mandatory.

• Contract: 1st Level Apprenticeship lasting 800 hours.
• More than 50% of the hours will be performed on site in Venice (VE).
• Contract start date: October 2026.
• For candidates outside the region, the company will cover accommodation and transportation costs for the first three months of training in Milan.

• Obtain an Italian technical apprenticeship title (IFTS) recognized at European level.
• Gain highly specialized skills through both theoretical and hands‑on training from industry experts.
• Develop a professional profile in a highly demanded field.
