We are looking for a
Senior Product Owner / Technical Project Manager
to lead the delivery of our
CPPC Tiers industrial control platform, a mission-critical solution for utility-scale renewable and energy storage systems. This is a strategic role at the intersection of
industrial software, power systems, and business execution.
On site (Acireale, Italy – Rome, Italy) Full remote
Your Mission Ensure delivery of CPPC Tiers according to scope, milestones, and business priorities - preventing scope creep and schedule slippage while maintaining technical integrity.
Key Responsibilities Own and manage the
Jira backlog
(epics, user stories, prioritization) Enforce
feature freeze and release discipline Align R&D; activities with
commercial and partner expectations Plan milestones and manage release cadence Support scope vs. timeline trade-off decisions Coordinate across control engineering, software, QA, and integration teams
Required Skills & Experience 7-10+ years in
technical product management or project management Strong technical background Experience managing
complex HW/SW roadmaps Industrial software development lifecycle knowledge Familiarity with energy, automation, or OT environments Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira)
