The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting sales team in day-to-day commercial activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of CRM data and reporting, assisting with sales processes, documentation, and coordination and contributing to pipeline generation through inside sales and campaign support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Sales Administration Support
* Provide administrative support to a national sales team of 10+ members
* Assist with preparation of sales documentation, presentations, and proposals
* Coordinate RFQ/RFP documentation and submission processes
* Support scheduling of customer meetings and internal commercial reviews
CRM & Reporting
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
* Track pipeline activity, customer interactions, and opportunity progression
* Manage and monitor sales trends through CRM reporting and pipeline analysis
* Ensure all sales activities are properly recorded to support forecasting and performance tracking
Inside Sales & Lead Generation
* Support lead generation and prospecting activities
* Assist in qualifying opportunities and passing leads to the sales team
* Follow up on proposals and customer communications
* Contribute to pipeline development through structured outreach activities
Sales Campaign Support
* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales campaigns
* Monitor campaign performance and track lead generation outcomes
* Provide reporting and insights on campaign effectiveness
Customer & Team Coordination
* Act as a key point of coordination between sales, operations, and other internal teams
* Support onboarding of new customers and account setup processes
Maintain strong internal communication to ensure smooth sales execution
Physical Requirements
Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

* Microsoft Excel / Power BI (data analysis and reporting)

Education & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Masters degree in economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish
