What You'll Do
- Report directly to the Store Associate Manager for the Matchpoint store in Crema.
- Issue and convert gaming tickets via the VLT/awm terminals and manage cash and winnings.
- Promote account opening, handle account activation procedures and account management for customers.
- Operate VLT and AWP machines and provide assistance and support to customers.
- Inform customers about new products, promotions, events and playing methods.
- Collect necessary documentation for anti‑money‑laundering and anti‑corruption procedures, monitor critical events and ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming regulations.
- Assist with administrative and reporting activities, supporting the Store Associate Manager and the team.
Who You Are
- Holds a diploma or a professional training path.
- Has previous experience in direct customer contact, sales and cash handling.
- Is curious, proactive and eager to work in a dynamic environment.
- Is customer‑orientated, offers strong service and commercial mindset, always putting the customer first.
- Is reliable, responsible and able to work both in a team and independently.
- Has a strong passion for technology, mobile apps and possesses solid digital skills.
- Enjoys sports (optional).
Compensation & Working Hours
Annual gross salary: €25,500 - €29,000 (CCNL Commerce level 4). Additional benefits, incentives or other elements may apply.
Availability required 11:00 – 00:00, 6 days per week, Monday to Sunday.
