Job SummaryThe role combines commissioning of new equipment with ongoing field service responsibilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance and warranty support of compressors and systems at customer sites. The position includes performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and functional testing to ensure each compressor is properly started up, maintained, and restored in accordance with the company's technical, safety, and quality standards.Responsibilities Perform commissioning of equipment and systems at customer sites.Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.Diagnose technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and implement effective corrective actions.Provide on‐site warranty support, including fault assessment and repair within warranty terms.Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and feedback for internal teams.Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer service to resolve complex issues.Train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality guidelines during all field activities.Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory in an organized and efficient manner. Qualifications Strong electrical background, with the ability to read wiring diagrams.Solid foundational mechanical skills, with specific focus on the disassembly and reassembly of skid components and associated piping.Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical assistance on industrial equipment (preferred). Preferred Skills Advanced verbal and written communication skills.Advanced customer service skills including conflict resolution, communication, and negotiation.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent communication and customer service skills.This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and/or move weight limits in line with the safety policy.Advanced operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other basic computer usage. Proficiency with handheld computers (e.G., smartphone, iPad) and network basics.Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills.Willingness to travel frequently.
