Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by providing advice to businesses and legal professionals regarding compliance, designing tools and policies, and developing training on competition law issues.
* Collaborate with M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger control filings globally, and respond to government inquiries.
This is a fully virtual role, so location is flexible, and the work environment is dynamic and fast-paced.
