Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Could you be the full-time onsite strongProcess Special Expert /strongin Vado Ligure, IT we’re looking for? /ppstrongSpecial Process Expert /strong /ppstrong Purpose of the job /strong /pp-To coordinate the industrial control of the Special Processes (SP) during tender phase, product development, industrialization, manufacturing and warranty. /pp-To contribute to technology and activity transfers. /ppstronguActivities by step of the industrial process: /u /strong /ppContribute to tender phase, especially in product design and industrialization to take into account industrial constraints and requirements in order to optimize costs and minimize risks. /ppContributes during specification and design phases to technical solution decisions associated to special processes. /ppBuild the SP REX and interact with product engineering to redirect the design if necessary. /ppManage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plan. /ppDefine requirements and rules for associated tooling necessary to start production. /ppQualify the product/process pair as well as industrial means to be put in place in line with the design. /ppSupport sourcing and SQD teams in the suppliers’ qualification and in quality follow up for suppliers concerned by SP. /ppContribute to development of local suppliers. /ppManage evolution of quality control process dedicated to SP. /ppEnsure deployment and validation of new processes in line with project planning /ppIssue relevant documents in the Quality System. /ppManages technicians that are eventually under his responsibility. /ppPerform Transfer of Technology on SP: documentation, process and means validation, training. /pullistronguTransmission: /u /strong /li /ulpTrain the workers and EPU managers to execute SP. /ppEnsure continuous training and permanent qualification of the workers to PS. /ppTrain support functions to business rules linked to PS (Engineering, PME, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality) /pullistronguExecution / Serial manufacturing: /u /strong /li /ulpGuarantees internal control and good application of process rules in line with customers’ requirements. /ppThus performs internal and external audits. /ppEnsure day to day monitoring of SP business rules and solve issues concerning SP. /ppIn case of non-conformity or incident, investigate root causes, finds and implement repair solutions. /ppDemonstrate QCD and EHS improvement linked to SP through efficient action plans. /ppMeasure performance linked with site industrial objectives and through APSYS audit for instance. /ppSupport Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crisis. /ppParticipate to meetings and working groups of the SP network. /ppPropose improvement ideas and evolution of the business rules of their /ppstronguResponsibilities /u /strong /pulliIn case of major SP quality crisis (major technical risk, safety or financial), the expert must provide to the project manager, factually, a clear problem analysis (root causes, associated risks) and the options to exit the crisis, to enable him taking serenely position.brHe has the duty to control his external communication (written and oral) as it engages the responsibility of AT towards third parties. /li /ulpstronguEducational Requirements /u /strong /pulliEngineering degree in process engineering, mechanical, electrical or chemical. /liliTraining and Qualification by a third party for PS if need be (eg welding) /li /ulpstronguDesired Knowledge / Experience /u /strong /pulli2 to 5 years’ experience in industrial method /liliPractice the special process in question from 2 to 5 years (execution, definition, qualification) /liliHas been trained to AT Special Process standard training. /liliIs officially recognised as expert by the Special Process central coordinator /liliGood teaching skills (able to provide training to a group of trainees). /liliInnovative, participative in business workgroups. /liliAble to read, write and speak English /li /ulpYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
