We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Engineer Intern to join our Warehouse Operations team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
In this role, you will develop a solid understanding of warehouse processes and actively contribute to daily operations, supporting performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will do
Support the planning and coordination of workforce activities to ensure smooth and timely warehouse operations
Collaborate closely with the Site Contract Manager to maintain high service levels while optimizing efficiency and profitability
Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs, contributing to performance tracking and reporting for the management team
Identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of process optimization initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness
What we are looking for
Degree (or ongoing studies) in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
Proactive xjrgpwk attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
