Junior
Controller
that
will be part of the DG Beauty
Global Finance Team .
Main responsibilities Provide support during the monthly closing process, ensuring alignment with both group and internal deadlines. Assist the team throughout budget and forecast cycles. Collaborate closely with the accounting department for analytical accounting and bookings. Act as a key contributor in the implementation and integration of Anaplan and BI Tagetik tools for planning and reporting. Develop standard reports and deliver targeted ad-hoc analyses as required.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Fluency in English Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP, Anaplan, and Tagetik preferred Hands-on experience with planning tools and software Strong relationship-building, social intelligence, and collaborative teamwork abilities Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
