Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will generate demand plans and oversee finished goods rationalization in coordination with relevant functions. You will measure, report, and improve demand planning and forecasting accuracy. The work model is primarily: You will be mainly accountable for: Demand Planning: Collects and maintains rolling 18-24 months demand forecasts for selected products, a key input into the S&OP process. Analyzes all relevant data, facilitates demand review meetings, and works with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy by developing consumption models and identifying root causes of forecast errors. Product Lifecycle Management: Coordinates with the NPI Inventory Management team for new product launches, phase-outs, and platform changes, integrating them into the demand plan. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with Process Automation Divisions, Hubs, and sales teams to define forecasting methodologies, understand market trends, and facilitate forecasting meetings with stakeholders. Analysis and Reporting: Prepares weekly/monthly reports on demand planning, analyzes risks, proposes mitigation plans, and explains interdependencies within the S&OP metrics. Leadership and Development: Motivates and organizes teams to meet productivity and KPI targets. Continuous Improvement: Leads initiatives to optimize delivery, lead-time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy, utilizing lean Six Sigma tools when applicable. Qualifications for the Role Strong skills in supply chain management, with experience in SFDC, Power BI, ERP (SAP), and MRP. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Passionate about collaboration, problem-solving, and data analysis. Degree in business or a related field. Proficient in English communication. What’s in it for you?
