You join an international, collaborative team focused on securing supply and delivering high-quality medicines.Retribuzione / BenefitsLead the S2C portion of procurement for packaging materials, including RfQ execution, negotiation, and contractingProvide functional and operational support to assigned spend areas as a business partner for budgets and leadership teamsOversee spend areas with guidance from procurement leads, develop and execute strategies, and manage supplier performanceAssess demand from sites, discuss with procurement leads and global teams, and perform analysis to identify bundling, framework contracts, and catalogsPromote procurement awareness among stakeholders and ensure compliance with tendering, contract management, and master data processesSupport vendor due diligence and master data management for suppliersContribute to change and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costsResponsabilitàUniversity degree in a relevant field5–7 years of experience in pharma or FMCG in a similar role or as category/sourcing manager with a focus on packaging materialsExperience in negotiating with a large number of international suppliersTrack xjrgpwk record of delivering measurable cost savingsPractical procurement process expertise and capability to develop and implement category strategiesUnderstanding of packaging material market dynamics and experience working without formal line managementInterest in continuous improvement and new initiatives; strong analytical thinkingKnowledge of supplier risk management and ESG is a plusStakeholder management, business acumen, networking, and ability to motivate othersFluent business English; Italian and/or German are a plus
