Tasks Your mission: General: - Support the City launcher in its daily tasks. - Help the City launcher build the business from the ground up External Recruiting: - Verify applications from potential new cleaning agents - Interviewing candidates to check that they meet Batmaid's standards - Recruitment and induction of cleaning agents - Retention and management of agents during the life cycle within the company. Customer success: - Supporting customers in their daily demands and needs - Proposing solutions adapted to customer needs - Excellence in our daily operations - Retention and satisfaction during the customer life cycle within the company. Requirements What we are looking for: - Learning speed and multitasking. - Being comfortable with working independently. - Strong ability to relate to different partners. - Fluent English and Italian are a must. Any other language is a plus. - Motivation and entrepreneurial spirit. - Strong understanding of the local market and stakeholders.
