What You'll Do
* Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
* Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided!)
* Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
* Collaborate with a young, dynamic, and multicultural team
What We're Looking For
* Italian at C2 level and English at B2 or above
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
* No prior experience required we will train you!
* Must reside in Greece or be willing to relocate (remote work only from Greece)
