We are recruiting for a Cluster Director of Operations for Chia Laguna Resort, which is composed of three hotels, including the 240-room Conrad, one of three luxury brands within Hilton, catering towards the Smart Luxury mindset, and offering guests intuitive service, infinite connections, and a world of style.
Curio is a 5-star collection of hotels that are handpicked for their distinct character and personality, catering towards today’s travelers seeking unique and memorable experiences.
As a Cluster Director of Hotel Operations, you will be responsible for managing daily hotel operations to deliver the brand promise, outstanding guest service, and financial objectives.
Requisiti
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Lead and manage daily hotel operations including seasonal and strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, managing performance, implementing policies, coordinating improvements, responding to guest inquiries, and internal communication.
* Oversee service quality, guest satisfaction, and brand standards compliance, including Forbes 5-star service protocol and Hilton Quality Assurance standards.
* Drive financial performance, identify operational opportunities, and implement measures to maximize impact.
* Implement and manage daily quality processes, communicate goals, empower team members, manage service recovery, and resolve problems.
* Monitor and develop team member performance, including providing feedback, coaching, career development, conducting reviews, and recognizing achievements.
