Within Italy HR department and reporting to S&I Business Unit HR Manager, the TALENT AQUISITION SPECIALIST will be based in Rome and will be in charge of the following responsibilities: Within S&I Italy Human Resources organization as Talent Aquisition Specialist you will perform the following activities: Support and executes talent strategy for attracting and developing new industry talent for ALSTOM. Strategize with HR business partners and hiring managers to proactively address staffing need & solutions. This involves the management and implementation of sourcing, recruiting and supporting on-boarding activities. Fill vacancies/open requisitions, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and reference checking Use all opportunities to communicate the ALSTOM Employee Value Proposition to all appropriate partners, recruiters/agencies Provide feedback and recommendations to applicants regarding strengths and development needs information to all while also handling relationships (when needed) with third-party recruitment firms and vendors. pipeline, diversity metrics, cost/hire, time to fill, workforce planning, ramp-up status etc Ensure integrity and compliance regarding policies and procedures through the entire recruiting process, i.e. immigration, background checks, process compliance and reporting to minimize potential liability to the company - Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field - Strong computer, Microsoft Office skills - Must have the ability to work with people at all levels within an organization - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information - Flexible, open minded, fair and balanced judgment - Fluent in english You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
