TXT e-Tech is looking for a Functional Consultant to work on new digital projects, focusing on software solutions, digital platforms, data‐driven services, AI, digital twins, and web/mobile applications.We are looking for someone with a solid technical background who wants to evolve and consolidate their career in consulting, becoming a point of reference in digital transformation projects related to product development and industrialization.The candidate will work in a functional area connected to product development and manufacturing processes, contributing to the integration of systems and ensuring consistency and effectiveness within the company's application ecosystem.Main Responsibilities
Contribute to defining the evolutionary vision of systems, supporting the customer in organizational and application choices.Challenge existing structures when necessary, bringing benchmarks, best practices, and methods.Facilitate decision‐making workshops, helping stakeholders converge towards shared solutions.Assess process, organizational, and technological impacts prior to implementation.Translate the agreed strategy into clear functional models consistent with the overall architecture.Ensure that technical implementation is consistent with business objectives, in coordination with architects and developers.Accompany the customer through the adoption and change phases, ensuring consistency between the designed solution and actual use.
Required Technical Skills
At least 10 years of experience in roles such as Application Consultant, Functional Analyst, Process Analyst, or Programmer Analyst.Practical experience in discrete manufacturing contexts.Knowledge of industrial Product Development and Industrialization processes.Experience in industrial systems integration.Understanding of application architectures and integration logic (API, Web Services, databases).Consulting skills, ability to synthesize information, and focus on value creation.Ability to interface effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.Knowledge of English at B2 level.Willingness to travel within Italy.
Optional Technical Skills
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), ERP, or MES systems.Background as a developer or programmer analyst with progression toward functional/consulting roles.Experience in complex integration contexts between industrial systems.Knowledge of project management methodologies.Experience in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.Knowledge of process modeling tools.
EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering or technical‐scientific disciplines.What We Offer
