Ph3Regional Finance Lead - Europe /h3 pJoin to apply for the Regional Finance Lead - Europe role at Momentive. /p h3Summary /h3 pIn this role, you will report directly to the Global Commercial Finance Leader (m/f/d) and partner closely with cross‑functional teams to influence decision‑making, optimize performance, and unlock growth opportunities across the supported region, while ensuring alignment with global business metrics. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver financial analysis and business insights that guide strategic and operational decisions for the regional PL. /li liDrive margin and profitability analysis to support commercial success. /li liPartner with teams to manage SGA costs, optimize working capital, and improve financial performance. /li liSupport the evaluation of strategic initiatives including new investments, commercial partnerships, and product innovations. /li liCollaborate with regional leaders to align financial plans with business goals and market trends. /li liProvide financial support and analysis to the regional commercial teams. /li liPrepare and analyze monthly reporting of results and ensure communication to key stakeholders. /li liProvide support and insights on estimates, annual operating plan, and updates to financial models. /li liSupport preparation of monthly business reviews, helping Global Commercial Finance leader consolidate and interpret the various inputs around updates and RO’s. /li liSupport Global Commercial Finance Leader and Regional leaders with various commercial reports, forecasts, analysis and ad‑hoc projects. /li liWork with Global FPA and other business teams to drive best practices, efficiencies, and alignment. /li liSupport internal and external audit requests, ensuring Sox compliance for the region supported. /li liPartner with the business finance leaders and Ops/SIOP finance to ensure consistency across functions and metrics. /li liSupport digitization simplification activities, promote and train business teams on new tools, metrics etc (KERP, Actual costing, new dashboards… etc). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbRequired for the role: /b /p ul liBA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field. /li liStrong financial planning analysis skillset based on experience in a finance role in the manufacturing industry. /li li5+ years of progressive finance experience. /li liCritical thinking and strategic mindset. /li liExperience working in a global environment. /li liStrong financial modeling skills. /li liAbility to work with a multicultural team in different time zones. /li liProficient English language skills (written and oral). /li /ul pbPreferred for the role: /b /p ul liAdvanced degree, certification, or equivalent training. /li liExperience using SAP. /li liExperience communicating with senior levels of management. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pAt Momentive, we value your well‑being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
