Job Description:
Eurovent Certita Certification, a European leader in third-party certification for HVAC-R products, is seeking a Certification Program Manager / Auditor to join our international team. If you are experienced in HVAC or energy systems with a passion for quality and compliance, this is an opportunity to impact sustainable product performance worldwide.
Your Mission
You will coordinate and manage certification programs, ensuring compliance with procedures, deadlines, budgets, and market expectations. Conduct approximately 30 factory audits annually, mainly in Europe.
As a Program Manager:
* Manage certification programs from design to delivery.
* Draft, update, and ensure compliance with certification reference documents.
* Organize and lead program committees, staying updated on industry standards and regulations.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Promote Eurovent's certification services through client meetings, industry events, and publications.
* Build and monitor budgets and subcontractor relationships.
As an Auditor:
* Conduct factory audits based on certification documents (approx. 30/year in Europe).
Qualifications:
* Technician or Engineer with a background in HVAC, Energy, or Building systems .
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
* Audit experience is a plus but not mandatory.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of certification systems or quality frameworks is an asset.
