Technical Sales Support / Jr Project Manager (Electro-Technical) We're looking for a Project Manager that will be responsible for project handling tasks in various fields related to sales support and product development. The department of Modernization is a Service area of Industrial Service business, related to design and supply of improvement solutions for existing cranes. This role reports directly to the Modernization Manager. Main responsibilities are: - Support sales network for technical and commercial quotes to customers; - Evaluate expected material, costs, labour and sub-supplies preparing commercial quotes according to sales practices; - Review and prepare quotes, technical specifications in order to comply with customer and supply requirements, to fulfil the expected scope of supply; - Properly and punctually manage required sales processes during quoting, using and following company documentations and tools (CRM, Configurators, etc.); - Convert Customers' orders, coming from Commercial department, into job sets and analyse content with technical supervision and support; - Create Purchase Orders basing on job details and information from Customers and Salesmen; - Develop process of component's offering from suppliers when requested; - Ensure a correct and smooth timeline of entire job process, following all the aspects related to suppliers' deadlines, logistic, problems solving in order to achieve correct delivery to Customer. The ideal profile has an electro-technical background (preferably with design skills), experience in managing sales support activities and order management on modifications and adaptation of machines and plants. Preferably coming from the lifting sector. Key Requirements: Italian language (compulsory) and fluent English; Customer oriented behaviour; High organizational and multitasking attitude; Dynamic, flexible and collaborative personality; Technical background in electrotechnical field will be an important evaluation point. We're looking for a person with knowledge in design of industrial crane electrical part, with adequate ability in electrical scheme/layout reading, designing and updating; 2 years of experience in similar position in an industrial company; SAP and Siebel knowledge is preferable as well as product knowledge (bridge cranes, hoists, light system cranes).
