We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Purchasing Department for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!
The intern will support the Purchasing EU team in several activities related to the purchase and procurement process of Direct materials.
It's a dynamic and challenging environment and a good platform where to start and develop a career in supply chain management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Purchasing team in selected activity of negotiation on costs, delivery performance, price list reduction and payment terms
Assist in analysis and market research to identify new potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods
Analise and resolve issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices, even promoting efficiency in the processes
Support the Purchasing team in maintaining high standards in more strategic activities (analysis, monitoring, keeping relations with suppliers partners, etc)
Support buyers in quality documentation collection and availability following existing procedures and standards
QUALIFICATIONSWilling to work in international, fast paced environment
KNOWLEDGEGood at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package, especially Excel
Previous Knowledge of SAP management system, is preferable
LANGUAGESKnowledge of Italian and English is mandatory
A further language knowledge is appreciated
MINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLSFlexibility, and capable of working in high evolving contexts, are required
