Your Opportunity:
Alexander McQueen is looking for an exceptional Client Advisor FULL-TIME or PART-TIME ("Categorie Protette" Art. 1 L. 68/99) to join the team of the new boutique at via Condotti - Rome.
How you will contribute:
1. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
2. Understand current products, trends and collections and ensure that customers are informed and aware
3. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation
4. Handle customer complaints, seek assistance where necessary, ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
5. Keep up to date with customer requirements and operating procedures
6. Be aware of daily sales targets and performance against them. Use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
7. Open & close the Store according to the needs of the business, in line with Company security rules
8. Ensure personal appearance and presentation is strictly in line with company standards
9. Adhere to Security and Health & Safety regulations
Your Skills and Experience:
10. Previous experience in a similar role
11. Fluent in English and Italian
12. Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
13. Ability to initiate contact and communication
14. Motivated by being a team player with a common goal
15. Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
