This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on cutting-edge automotive products.\n*What You’ll Do**Lead the development and release of new UHP tire products, ensuring performance, quality, and on-time delivery.Support the industrialization process and transfer of new products into production.Contribute to innovative projects driven by construction expertise, developing new guidelines and technical knowledge.Participate in technology initiatives aimed at improving product performance.Support the development of tools, processes, and standards to improve team efficiency and capabilities.Analyze test results and technical data to optimize product design and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on development projects.*What You’ll Bring**Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Experience in product or technology development is an advantage.Knowledge of CAD/CAM tools, preferably Catia V5.Interest in the tire industry or the automotive sector.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proactive mindset, sense of responsibility, and strong focus on quality.\nNote: We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
