We are looking for a Senior Controller with solid experience in complex and dynamic environments. The role will have direct responsibility for controlling activities across two divisions: High Tech and EMEC.
In this Senior Controller role you will
* Full ownership of the monthly closing process.
* Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Supporting management with financial analysis and business cases.
* Monitoring profitability of projects, contracts, and business lines.
* Close collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Commercial functions.
* Driving continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting.
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics :
* Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
* At least 5 years of experience in controlling or business finance roles, ideally in multinational companies.
* Strong background in Oracle / Oracle Cloud (preferred).
* Good command of English, written and spoken.
* Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus.
* Experience in the Logistics sector is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and result orientation.
