What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across key platform capabilities including Platform Analytics, Workspaces, Service Catalogue, and CSDM
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions
* Leading and participating in challenging process-based conversations to drive standardisation, automation, and platform best practices
* Configuring and customising ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and user experiences in alignment with organisational objectives
* Supporting the implementation and optimisation of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) frameworks and governance practices
* Developing and maintaining Service Catalog items, flows, and fulfilment processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience
* Creating dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to provide actionable insights across the platform
* Working closely with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, process owners, and platform administrators
* Ensuring platform stability, performance, security, and adherence to development standards and best practices
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting platform roadmap activities
What You’ll Bring Along
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a depth of experience across the ServiceNow platform
* Proven expertise in Platform Analytics, Workspaces, Service Catalogue, and CSDM
* Solid understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, scripting, integrations, and workflow automation
* Experience engaging with business stakeholders and facilitating process-focused discussions, including challenging existing ways of working where appropriate
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience designing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments
* Knowledge of ITSM and broader ServiceNow platform capabilities including governance and data modelling concepts
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and business functions
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
* Relevant ServiceNow certifications would be highly regarded
* Excellent command of both spoken and written English
