System Engineer - Charging Cables (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
Consolidate normative and stakeholder requirements for charging cables and cooling units into the System Requirements Documents
Document the integration of the charging cables into the overall System Architecture and be the reference person within R&D for all related questions
Lead and monitor the qualification process of charging cables for existing and new products from prototype testing to introduction in the serial production
Create models and lead the implementation for the functions related to the operation of the charging cables and cooling units
Keep track of the latest technical developments and advances for charging cables and cooling units
Lead the communication and exchange towards the suppliers of the subsystems (charging cables and cooling units)
Be the contact person within the company for all high level questions on charging cables and cooling units (especially for R&D, quality dept and production)
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a comparable course of studies
Experience in the field of charging cables or high power power connectors is an advantage
Experience in modeling of electronic systems for documentation and simulation purposes
Independent, structured and solution-oriented work approach as well as analytical thinking skills
Strong interest in the latest technological advances in the field of EV-charging
Enthusiasm, teamwork and communication skills
Fluent English, Italian and/or German knowledge is an advantage
