This position collaborates with various Centene Health Plans, corporate functions, and third‐party vendors to facilitate contract compliance, oversight of the Procurement Contract Center of Excellence (CoE) team's contract templates, playbooks, clause library, policies, and procedures.Education/ExperienceBachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience requiredGeneral knowledge of procurement concepts and processes required1+ years experience with reviewing complex legal and commercial terms and raising risk exposures under general supervision required3+ years experience with any, multiple, or all the following: compliance or regulatory experience in a health care and/or managed care setting/organization, government procurement and flow down requirements for subcontractors or third‐party vendors, and/or drafting contract templates, terms and conditions, and improving contracting processes requiredTraining and presentation skills preferredExperience with government procurement (FAR/DFAR) or CMS‐related contracting preferredExperience with ServiceNow, Coupa and/or other ticket management and contract lifecycle management tools preferredCoordinate the execution of Product Attachments and related compliance requirements to ensure compliance with state, federal, and Centene requirements prior to Procurement awarding business to a vendor.
