CAREER OPPORTUNITY Job Title: Media Director Reports to: SVP of Media Key Responsibilities The media director will be the investment lead and primary client contact for key enterprise accounts at Ad Results Media, working closely with the account strategy team to ensure client success. The media director will also serve as a departmental head, overseeing all processes and growth opportunities of ARM's planning and buying services. The director demonstrates knowledge of multiple clients' investment strategies and has experience managing planning/buying teams. They work with their team to build solutions for ARM, clients, and the industry, and understand how audio marketing fits into overall media plans. For enterprise clients, they may own end-to-end client communications, developing strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. They translate marketing objectives into actionable strategies for holistic campaign development. Key Responsibilities Familiarize with company operations, media planning, and buying processes. Meet regularly with client teams to advance campaigns and provide strategic recommendations. Lead client and team status calls for enterprise accounts, maintaining client-facing role. Audit agency processes, ensuring best practices and accuracy in team work. Coach team members to meet ARM standards and improve performance. Maintain high data integrity in all campaign-related information. Manage planning and buying strategists for new accounts. Lead discussions with audio networks across various platforms to build campaign plans. Maintain knowledge of audio-influencer channels and advise on channel suitability. Build and leverage strong network relationships across clients. Ensure quality of opportunity logs for all discussed and booked shows. Coordinate with parallel departments for smooth operations. Lead internal committees related to expertise, operations, and development. Desired Skills for Success 5-8 years' experience in media, marketing, or advertising. Experience in delegation and team growth. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication skills for clients and team training. Understanding of campaign strategy and tactical details. Proficiency in media buying systems like SBMS, Prisma. Ability to manage deadlines effectively. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Self-motivated with critical thinking skills. Focus on client happiness and success. Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
