It has been acquired by Continental in 2019 and the core business is the production of thermoplastic hoses and tubes. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe mission of the position is to perform variety of financial statements (including tax), preparation of the annual and quarterly company reports, due diligences and continuous reporting to the supervisory board. The position is moreover responsible for strategizing and planning for financial goals by working daily to achieve and maintain the financial health of the organization. The incumbent is responsible to create forecasting models assessing risks investments and ensuring all accounting activities complying with the regulations. /p h3Financial Statement /h3 ul liprepare, review and manage the budget and forecast of controlling cost centres /li limaintain spreadsheets of all the financial activities of the plant and compile them into the report at the end of the month /li lisupervise inflows and outflows of cash in the plant /li likeep all the documentation that supports the figures contained in the report, such as invoices and receipts, for auditing purposes /li lidevelop the processes, reports and guidelines needed to build and maintain the financial health of the workplace, and coordinating finance department staffing /li /ul h3Finance Controlling /h3 ul liensure and apply Continental finance and accounting guidelines and ensure implementation and conformity with all Continental controlling systems, tools, standards and processes with high data quality and transparency /li liensure production controlling according to standards (production order controlling, production parameters like scrap and utilization, shift model review, support of standard costs calculation, support of plant variation analysis, support of cost center controlling all areas) /li liensure investment controlling (valid for local investments e.g. infrastructure) according to standards (preparation of financial analysis supporting investment and eCRs, management of plant invest budget) /li liensure personnel controlling according to standards (evaluation of staffing utilization, shift model analysis (variations) as input for production planning, fix HC planning and allocation, ePRs) /li liensure logistics controlling if needed (according to plant size) according to standards (inventory analysis and reporting - WOC, special freights, ICO business like transfer price calculation, equalization) /li liensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations /li lirecommend cost-reduction solutions /li /ul h3Reporting /h3 ul lisupport monthly closing and report monthly according to standards /li liprepare standard reports to plant and business management /li liprepare and review monthly results (e.g. PL) /li liprepare budget and forecasts based on production volumes /li lianalyze variations/operational and non-operational effects /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liuniversity degree, preferably in business administration, accounting, finance, controlling or related discipline, 5+ years of experience, tax competence preferably /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul li3 or more years in a leadership position, preferably in operational units with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other individuals.
