Ph3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bMechanical Quality Laboratory Specialist /b who will be the point of reference for all product validation and testing activities. You will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality and reliability standards through rigorous laboratory analysis and accurate measurements. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liManage, calibrate, and maintain all laboratory instrumentation (e.g., CMM machines, dynamometers, climatic chambers). /li liPerform dimensional, mechanical, performance, and durability tests on components and finished products according to control plans and technical specifications. /li liDevelop and validate new test methodologies to support RD and new product introduction. /li liAnalyze test results, prepare detailed technical reports, and ensure proper documentation traceability. /li liProvide technical and analytical support to Quality Engineers during root cause analysis investigations. /li liIsolate, characterize, and manage non-conforming products identified during testing phases. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. /p h3What You Should Bring /h3 ul liProven background in a Quality Laboratory within a structured manufacturing environment. /li liExcellent knowledge of metrology and proficiency in using advanced measurement instruments (CMM, LaserScan, calipers, etc.). /li liAdvanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GDT. /li liHands‑on experience with mechanical testing (tensile, hardness), material analysis, and durability tests. /li liKnowledge of major international testing standards (ISO, ASTM). /li liGood comprehension of technical English. /li liExcellent teamwork and communication skills. /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €30,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
