Ph3Legal Specialist at RIMOND /h3 pThe Legal Specialist will join the Legal Affairs team in Milan. The role focuses on corporate secretarial duties, contract review and negotiation, and supporting the management of international branches. The ideal candidate will also contribute to legal activities related to public tenders, compliance, and document management. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport corporate secretarial activities and governance procedures. /li liDraft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including EPC/EPCM, subcontracting, supply, consultancy, framework agreements, JV/Consortia, NDAs, and MoUs. /li liProvide legal assistance in the management and coordination of international branches and legal entities. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance and regulatory matters. /li liProvide legal support during public and private tenders, including documentation checks and contract analysis. /li liAssist in the update and implementation of internal legal policies and compliance frameworks. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Law. /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably in the engineering and construction sectors. /li liSolid knowledge of corporate law and contract law. /li liFamiliarity with contractual clauses and dispute resolution mechanisms (e.g., arbitration, jurisdiction). /li liUnderstanding of national and international legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., public procurement, environmental law, workplace safety). /li liExperience in corporate governance, document management, and contract review. /li liKnowledge of Legislative Decree 231/01 and related compliance models is a plus. /li liFluent in English and Italian (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. /li liAvailability for occasional international travel. /li /ul h3More About RIMOND /h3 pAt RIMOND, we’re an international and culturally diverse team of experts driven by innovation and united by a shared vision: creating landmark projects that positively impact communities and our planet.
