1. Exclusive responsibility for maintaining the company’s accounting records.
2. Ability to independently maintain and manage the company’s accounting records and prepare financial reports.
3. Handling import procedures, costing, invoicing, purchases, deposits, supplier payments, and reconciliation of bank accounts with the system.
4. Processing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations).
5. Generating and monitoring the required reports.
6. Communication (by phone or email) to ensure payments are collected within the agreed payment terms.
7. Assisting in the preparation of financial and other statements.
8. Providing assistance in the preparation of financial analyses.
9. Providing support during the external audit process conducted by independent auditors.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
10. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
11. A university degree in Accounting or a related field.
12. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
13. Excellent computer skills (MS Office applications).
14. Knowledge of the Navision accounting software will be considered an additional advantage.
15. Excellent organizational skills.
16. Ability to work under pressure.
